Much has happened in my life since high school... The saddest was losing my mom in Nov. of 1971, a few months after graduation. Our vehicle was struck by a drunk driver. Some of you may have heard about it; some may have visited me in the hospital. I would like to thank those who were concerned. To this very day, I cannot remember the accident. Losing my mom was so very hard. Life was never quite the same. It was through the Grace of God that my family was able to live through this ordeal, and find a way to go on.

my life was giving birth to my son. I married a guy (former football player) from our h.s. rival, James Monroe H.S., in '76, and from that union we had a son. Derrick was born in '79. He is the love of my life! Unfortunately my marriage ended in divorce in '98, but my ex and I are on friendly terms.
After several years of being single, I met a wonderful guy. Stace and I were married in Apr '09, and we are enjoying a second chance at life. This is the 2nd marriage for the both of us. Life is good!
